Our social media posts over the last couple of weeks have been linked to our Meet the Team feature. We have been showcasing our work from three of the Alexir divisions; Creative, Digital and International.
Read below to see how they all work together to design, make and source the packaging for our customers.
Our Digital Manager – responsible for the smooth-running of a busy department, making sure all digital production orders are delivered on time and in full as well as looking for new business herself.
Our Senior Buyer, Alice Darbon, has many projects to juggle in a given day. With a global network of fully-certified packaging suppliers, she could be sourcing any number of packaging materials from a multitude of countries. The varied role keeps her busy every day of the week.
Our Creative Packaging Designer, who is both artistic and technical at the same time. Her two degrees of Product Design and Fine Arts means she has the creative flair to design the packaging as well as being able to assess its manufacturing capability.
Meet Andrew Walker who is our Digital Production Co-ordinator.
He has been in the printing industry now for 40 years and, more often than not, wears a pair of green Dr Martens boots to work.
What Michelle Simpson doesn’t know about printed packaging is not worth knowing!
She is almost a lifelong member of the Alexir family and her packaging knowledge is second to none.
As an Internal Account Manager, she is based in our Edenbridge site and looks after a myriad of customers, new and existing.
Sam Sharp started in Digital last year as an apprentice.
He is one of a team of 4 in the busy Digital department .
